1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or altered products
- Sale or clearance items
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Used, washed, or damaged items (unless received in that condition)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be offered.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by Muskaan Suits.
